At Audio46, we want you to be completely satisfied with your high-fidelity audio equipment. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return most products in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely package the item in its original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, ear tips, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided shipping label or your own trackable shipping method to the outside of the box and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned unit for quality assurance, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.
